Contract Clinical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the recruitment process for specialized clinical professionals, including Neuropsychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Autism Evaluators, and other clinical experts.

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from passive sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and pre-credentialing onboarding.

• Implement multi-channel sourcing strategies utilizing healthcare job boards, professional networks, state licensing databases, and AI sourcing tools.

• Collaborate with clinical leaders to grasp role requirements, evaluation tool proficiencies such as ADOS-2, scope-of-practice regulations, and market intricacies.

• Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pass-through rates, and channel yield using Greenhouse and Gem.

• Provide a transparent, candidate-focused experience throughout the hiring process.

• Report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience, specifically in sourcing licensed clinicians, with a focus on specialty providers such as Neuropsychologists, OTs, SLPs, or Autism Evaluators.

• At least 1 year of experience in a startup or rapidly scaling environment.

• Demonstrated success in utilizing niche healthcare sourcing channels, state licensing databases, and specialized professional associations.

• Practical experience with ATS and CRM systems.

• Comprehensive knowledge of specialty pediatric credentials and state licensing frameworks.

• Proficiency in using ATS and CRM tools; experience with Greenhouse and Gem is preferred.

• Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.

• Ability to adapt and be resourceful in a high-growth, remote setting.
