This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey, +5 more countries.
• Oversee the intake of contracts, their routing, approvals, signatures, amendments, renewals, and termination documentation.
• Manage the contract repository, ensuring accurate documentation of key terms, dates, obligations, owners, and notice periods.
• Draft standard agreements, engagement letters, amendments, and supporting documents utilizing approved templates.
• Track open requests and proactively follow up with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Assist in the onboarding and ongoing management of outside counsel, legal vendors, and service providers.
• Gather due-diligence, conflicts, insurance, tax, banking, and engagement documentation.
• Maintain vendor contact information, rate details, service standards, performance records, and issue logs.
• Organize periodic vendor reviews and document subsequent actions.
• Examine invoices for necessary details, mathematical precision, approved rates, matter coding, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor invoice status, budgets, accruals, and exceptions, coordinating corrections with vendors and Finance.
• Generate reports on contract status, renewals, vendor performance, expenditures, and outstanding items.
• Ensure audit-ready records of approvals, agreements, invoices, and correspondence are maintained.
• Adhere to procedures for contracting, billing, records management, and vendor governance.
• Identify incomplete documentation, missed milestones, process gaps, and recurring issues for escalation.
• Assist in updating templates, trackers, procedures, and training materials.
• Safeguard confidential and privileged information in records and communications.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, finance, supply chain, or a related field; relevant equivalent experience may also be considered.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, vendor management, procurement, legal operations, finance operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in maintaining detailed records, trackers, repositories, and managing deadline-driven workflows.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when managing large volumes of documents and data.
• Knowledge of contract and document administration.
• Experience in vendor onboarding and records management.
• Proficiency in invoice review, data reconciliation, and status monitoring.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience with contract, procurement, or matter management systems.
• A stable and reliable internet connection.
• A professional and dedicated remote working environment.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a remote, multinational organization while maintaining confidentiality.
• CV must be submitted in English.
• Coursework or certification in paralegal studies, procurement, or contract management is preferred.
• Experience with commercial contracts, professional-service vendors, invoice review, or legal billing is preferred.
• A background in financial services, commercial lending, private lending, banking, fintech, specialty finance, mortgage lending, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
