Contingent Workforce Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Senior Manager and regional Program Managers to implement contingent workforce priorities on a global scale.

• Drive operational workstreams for the expansion of global programs, technology rollouts, and enterprise initiatives.

• Redesign operational processes through process improvement, automation, AI capabilities, and technological enhancements.

• Assist in operational readiness for new countries, workforce models, and evolving program capabilities.

• Manage and continuously improve SAP Fieldglass and associated contingent workforce technologies.

• Oversee platform optimization, testing, release coordination, user enablement, and ongoing enhancements of SAP Fieldglass.

• Assess emerging platform capabilities, including functionalities powered by AI.

• Implement SAP Fieldglass controls and collaborate with Internal Audit for SOX compliance and audit readiness.

• Work with Engineering on platform enhancements, integrations, and technology roadmaps.

• Create dashboards, KPIs, and reports on program health and operational performance.

• Convert operational data into actionable insights.

• Enhance data quality and AI readiness in collaboration with Engineering and analytics teams.

• Support workforce visibility initiatives by ensuring reliable data and reporting.

• Engage cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, MSP partners, and regional Program Managers.

• Aid in MSP governance, issue resolution, and service performance management.

• Maintain operational documentation, knowledge assets, and standardized guidance.

• Act as a subject matter expert in contingent workforce systems, processes, and governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contingent workforce operations, HR technology, procurement operations, business systems, program management, or similar operational roles.

• Experience in administering or implementing a Vendor Management System (preferably SAP Fieldglass; Beeline or similar VMS is also acceptable).

• Proven experience leading cross-functional operational or technology implementation projects.

• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated systems thinking across technology, governance, suppliers, data, and operational workflows.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred: experience in supporting global contingent workforce programs.

• Preferred: experience partnering with Engineering, Internal Audit, or enterprise business systems teams.

• Preferred: experience in supporting SOX controls, audit processes, or regulated operational procedures.

• Preferred: experience in developing dashboards, reporting, and operational analytics.

• Preferred: curiosity and openness to adopting emerging AI technologies.

• Preferred: experience in supporting enterprise technology implementations or global program rollouts.

• Preferred: experience in managing enterprise operational capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement or product mindset.
