This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Initiate each engagement with a setup phase, focusing on developing the content strategy, enhancing the client's LinkedIn presence, and outlining their broader media strategy.
β’ Conduct bi-weekly content calls to extract each client's expertise, narratives, and perspectives as foundational input for content ideas.
β’ Transform content calls into structured content outlines.
β’ Craft content that effectively communicates clients' ideas, engages their target audiences, aligns with business objectives, and reads as though it were authored by the clients themselves.
β’ Ensure smooth communication and maintain timelines across all accounts.
β’ Create monthly performance reports to keep clients informed about how their content is performing.
β’ Oversee the entire content operation for a portfolio of personal-branding clients.
β’ A proactive communication style that easily adapts to various personalities and working methods.
β’ Exceptional writing and communication skills in both German and English.
β’ Strong copywriting abilities β able to present an expert in their best light.
β’ Highly organized, capable of managing multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
β’ Elevated emotional intelligence and genuine empathy for colleagues and clients.
β’ Inherent curiosity β willing to explore any industry or topic thoroughly.
β’ Sharp research skills, ensuring a comprehensive understanding prior to writing.

β’ Contributing to the development of DACH's premier Pipeline, Sales & HubSpot agency.
β’ Managing a limited number of focused clients (4-6 at a time).
