This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Complete strategic and hands-on control of snipKI’s content.
• Determine which channels to develop and which to forgo.
• Transform topics into a comprehensive cross-channel strategy, defining a specific role for each channel.
• Craft written content, design images, and edit videos.
• Independently assess AI-generated content as the human in the loop.
• Oversee the editorial calendar and manage publication coordination.
• Establish a production pipeline utilizing agents, skills, and automation for research, initial drafts, channel-specific variations, and content repurposing.
• Enhance the LinkedIn company page and further cultivate the founders’ and team members’ personal profiles.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure premium quality across all channels.
• Repurpose and further refine content, including material based on study data.
• Gather customer testimonials and case studies for the website and social media platforms.
• Assist in the development of the podcast, YouTube channel, and other innovative formats.
• Keep the content stack updated, experiment with new models and systems, and share insights with the team.
• Expand the newsletter, LinkedIn profiles, LinkedIn company page, podcast, YouTube channel, website, and other social media channels.
• AI serves as the primary mode of operation; a significant portion of the workday is spent within AI systems.
• A work environment equipped with email, calendar, file storage, and project or knowledge management tools linked to an AI system via connectors.
• Create reusable components such as Projects and Skills instead of depending on repetitive prompts.
• Automate routine tasks.
• Have previously built something that seemed impossible, like a small tool or website using vibe coding.
• A willingness to independently develop automations.
• Have successfully created at least one channel from the ground up, such as a LinkedIn profile, newsletter, podcast, or YouTube channel.
• Comprehend the dynamics of various channels and how to tailor topics for each one.
• Choose topics based on relevance and positioning rather than search volume.
• Possess an excellent command of language and communication.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German.
• Exhibit an independent, efficient, and pragmatic working style.
• Nice to have: Experience with automation through n8n, Make, or Zapier, or experience in building small custom tools.
• Nice to have: Skills in visual and editorial storytelling, photography, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Nice to have: A founder or builder mindset.
• Complete ownership of channels, topics, and production.
