Senior Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Revise text datasets utilized for training conversational AI.

• Generate new text datasets from the ground up.

• Assess new bot versions, analyze responses, and deliver clear feedback on inaccuracies.

• Label and annotate data for training models.

• Develop additional creative content as necessary.

• Uphold a rapid pace while ensuring quality is maintained.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background as a Data Annotator, AI Trainer, Editor, Copywriter, or Writer (with experience in erotic fiction or interactive narratives).

• Proficient writing and editing skills.

• Required experience in the adult industry (OnlyFans, cam platforms, erotic content, etc.).

• Practical experience with bots and large language models (including writing datasets, testing, evaluating responses, and prompting).

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or above.

• In-depth understanding of the adult audience, with knowledge of chat, flirting, escalation, and retention techniques.

• Experience in editing data, constructing training datasets, and labeling.

• Capability to establish standards for style, tone, explicitness, and quality criteria.

• Ability to identify bot issues from testing results and suggest solutions.

• Complete comfort with explicit material.

• Keen attention to detail, particularly in labeling and testing.

• Empathy and insight into user psychology.

• Capacity to manage long, repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality.

• Skill in providing clear, concise feedback on bot errors.

• Proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.

• Ability to edit and create approximately 100 content units per hour without sacrificing quality.
