Content Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Assume comprehensive strategic and practical responsibility for snipKI’s content.

• Determine which channels to establish and which to phase out.

• Convert topics into a multi-channel strategy and outline a specific role for each channel.

• Produce content, design visuals, and edit videos personally.

• Generate AI-assisted content while ensuring quality as the human in the loop.

• Manage and publish the editorial calendar.

• Develop a production workflow utilizing agents, skills, and automation.

• Automate research, initial drafts, channel-specific adaptations, and content repurposing.

• Enhance the LinkedIn company account and cultivate the personal profiles of the founders and team members.

• Continue to develop your personal LinkedIn profile.

• Maintain brand consistency and high quality across all channels.

• Repurpose and further develop existing content.

• Collect customer testimonials and case studies for the website and social media platforms.

• Expand into podcasting, YouTube, and other formats.

• Experiment with new channels and formats.

• Keep the content stack current, test new models and systems, and eliminate ineffective solutions.

• Share insights about content systems and workflows with the team.

• Exceptional linguistic and communication instincts.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.

• Independent, swift, and pragmatic working approach.

• Eagerness to further develop ideas autonomously.

• Experience in building at least one channel from the ground up, such as a LinkedIn profile, newsletter, podcast, or YouTube channel.

• Capability to understand channel-specific dynamics and adapt content accordingly.

• Skill in selecting topics based on relevance and positioning.

• Experience in utilizing AI systems as your primary work methodology.

• Familiarity with connecting your work environment to AI systems through connectors.

• Experience in creating your own projects and skills within AI systems.

• Ability to automate repetitive tasks.

• Some experience with vibe coding, such as developing a small tool or website.

• Willingness to independently create automations.

• Knowledge of n8n, Make, Zapier, or programming is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience with visual and editorial storytelling, photography, or the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
