Content Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Design and set up new web pages on various CMS platforms.

• Upload and oversee content such as text, images, videos, and infographics.

• Test and verify that content is displayed and functions properly across webpages.

• Collaborate with Account Management teams and communicate directly with clients as needed.

• Foster and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring their present and future needs are addressed.

• Work towards and support client KPIs and business goals.

• Complete all tasks punctually and to a high standard.

• Adhere to internal processes, procedures, and external compliance standards.

• Provide support and backup for team members when required.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as necessary.

• Deliver and manage content management services across a variety of platforms for clients.

• Exceptional IT skills with strong expertise in Adobe tools and Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.

• Outstanding written and spoken English.

• Ability to adhere to processes while also working autonomously.

• Problem-solving attitude with the capacity to identify and address challenges.

• Strong project management and customer service skills.

• A genuine interest in digital marketing.

• Native-level proficiency in a language other than English.

• Understanding of online marketing and web development principles.

• Experience with CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, or Ektron.

• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (desirable).

• Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS (desirable).

• Bachelor's Degree application question.
