Content Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Develop and set up new web pages across various CMS platforms.

• Upload and oversee content management, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

• Conduct testing to ensure content is displayed and functions properly on all webpages.

• Collaborate with Account Management teams and engage directly with clients when necessary.

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their current and future needs are addressed.

• Work towards achieving client KPIs and business goals.

• Complete all tasks punctually and to a high standard.

• Adhere to internal processes, procedures, and external compliance standards.

• Provide assistance and cover for team members as needed.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

• Deliver and manage content management services across a variety of platforms for clients.

• Strong IT skills, particularly with Adobe tools and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Capable of following processes while also being able to work independently.

• Possess a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address challenges.

• Strong project management and customer service capabilities.

• A genuine interest in digital marketing.

• Native-level proficiency in a language other than English.

• Familiarity with online marketing and web development principles.

• Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, or Ektron.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

• Basic understanding of HTML and/or CSS.

• Bachelor's Degree application question.
