This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Convert qualified leads into bookings utilizing phone, email, and chat with a consultative sales strategy.
• Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce by logging activities, tracking follow-ups, and overseeing opportunities to closure.
• Boost revenue across both B2C and B2B channels by suggesting appropriate travel experiences.
• Reconnect with leads and re-engage prospects through proactive outbound efforts.
• Provide outstanding service while meeting KPIs for conversion rates, customer retention, call quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product offerings, brand promotions, and travel industry trends.
• Engage in enablement sessions, share best practices, and contribute to the overall goals of the team.
• Foster loyalty and encourage repeat business through tailored service and relationship-building over time.
• Driven by goals and capable of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a results-oriented setting.
• Skilled in consultative selling, which includes asking insightful questions, practicing active listening, and recommending appropriate products.
• Proficient in navigating Salesforce to manage leads, monitor activities, and facilitate conversions.
• Knowledgeable about both B2C and B2B customer and trade-partner support.
• Capable of building rapport and establishing long-term relationships with customers.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Experience in a structured, performance-focused, fully remote environment with explicit expectations and accountability measures.
• Flexibility to support a 7-day contact center operation with rotating morning, evening, weekend, and occasional holiday shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
• Openness to obtaining TICO Certification within the first 60 days of employment.
• Ability to start full-time on October 7, 2026.
• $19.35 CAD/hour as base pay.
