This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

• Act as the main point of contact for owners and prospective new clients

• Enhance sales and customer interaction through professional inbound and outbound telephone communications

• Encourage owners and prospective customers to book vacations

• Address and resolve objections to secure payments for vacation packages

• Utilize dialer systems, lead management software, and CRM platforms efficiently

• Diligently record customer interactions and agreements

• Build professional rapport to foster excitement and confidence in the virtual process and vacation ownership experience

• Transform qualified prospects into confirmed vacation package sales

• Fulfill one of four roles: Initial Contact Person, Activations Agent, Travel Coordinator, or Tour Confirmer

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, outbound marketing, vacation sales, or call centers is preferred

• Strong skills in objection handling and closing sales over the phone

• Tenacity to overcome objections and finalize sales

• Excellent interpersonal communication and active listening abilities

• Capability to establish rapport, present information clearly, and engage confidently with a diverse range of customers

• Proficient in identifying customer needs, assessing information, and resolving practical issues

• Strong organizational skills and professionalism in a dynamic environment

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

• Experience in timeshare or hospitality sales is advantageous

• Tech-savvy with comfort in using modern tools, CRM platforms, dialer systems, and lead management software
