This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement both quantitative and qualitative consumer research studies, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and ethnographic research.
• Take ownership of and enhance the consumer segmentation framework to pinpoint high-value audiences and customize messaging, creative content, and channel strategies.
• Utilize shopper insights related to upcoming retail launches to guide messaging, in-store activations, and omnichannel content strategies.
• Keep track of cultural trends, competitor activities, and changes in the wellness, coffee, and functional beverage sectors.
• Collaborate with the Data team to use advanced analytics and predictive modeling to foresee emerging consumer behaviors.
• Convert consumer data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for product, marketing, and sales teams.
• Oversee and collaborate with external research vendors and agencies.
• Examine market trends, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence to influence brand and product strategy.
• Present findings and insights to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Work alongside data analytics and product teams to align insights with broader business objectives.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate insights throughout the organization.
• Track brand health and customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS and CSAT.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Over 5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Proficient in tools like SPSS, Qualtrics, Tableau, Excel, or comparable software.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work across various functions.
• Experience with brand tracking, segmentation, and shopper journey analysis is advantageous.
• Solid foundation in quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys, segmentation, focus groups, and ethnographic studies.
• Skilled at designing and analyzing research to reveal actionable consumer insights.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable of tools such as SPSS, SAS, R, and Python.
• Strong data storytelling and visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communicator with experience presenting to cross-functional teams and executives.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects, timelines, and third-party research vendors.
• Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and CRM/analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics).
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive—thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
