This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +36 more states.
• Take charge of the NordicTrack North America consumer business across both retail and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.
• Collaborate with Sales to enhance traffic, conversion rates, average order value, revenue, and retention metrics.
• Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that span the entire funnel, from demand generation to revenue closure and retention.
• Integrate brand, media, retail, merchandising, creative aspects, website, and promotional choices into a unified conversion strategy.
• Manage audience targeting, demand generation, positioning, merchandising, pricing, promotions, acquisition, retention, and channel strategies.
• Detect barriers to conversion and retention, uncovering root causes through performance data analysis.
• Keep an eye on competitive, cultural, and consumer trends to assess their strategic significance.
• Create assets for communication, product storytelling, merchandising, website, promotions, and lifecycle management.
• Establish go-to-market timelines, define channel roles, determine asset requirements, and set success metrics.
• Assess creative and website performance, acting as the strategic owner of commercial quality.
• Partner with Media, Finance, Social, Influencer, Analytics, and Sales teams to discuss performance, economics, and execution.
• Set and track metrics for traffic, conversion, average order value, retention, and contribution margins, translating results into strategic adjustments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in consumer go-to-market, retail, direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or growth roles involving physical products.
• Experience managing conversion, retention, or full-funnel performance in retail and/or DTC channels.
• Proven ability to make decisions with limited information and swiftly advance projects.
• Strong judgment in brand and performance contexts, with experience in shaping pricing and promotional strategies.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, funnel economics, margins, and ROI considerations.
• Experience working with both established brands and in fast-paced, resource-limited environments.
• Keen intuition for social-first creative and cultural relevance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, characterized by clarity and conciseness.
• Demonstrated history of linking brand, creative, and merchandising decisions directly to revenue and margin results.
• High ownership mindset and readiness to contribute wherever necessary to achieve results.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
