This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage the comprehensive contractual processes formalized from Panama.

• Conduct initial reviews and perform contractual due diligence.

• Oversee contractual modifications and the closure of files.

• Ensure contracts are properly structured and formalized, with validated backgrounds and supports.

• Timely manage amendments related to amounts, deadlines, or obligations.

• Close contractual files in accordance with institutional policies.

• Carry out special legal actions, including notarial, registration, apostille, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.

• Manage documentation primarily through the institutional CRM and electronic signature tools.

• Work remotely and collaborate with the regional team.

• Legal professional.

• Proven experience in contracts and legal documentation.

• Strong legal analysis and risk detection skills.

• Excellent legal writing and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in digital tools and document systems.

• High capacity for learning.

• Experience with international organizations, foundations, cooperation, or project financing will be valued.

• Knowledge of due diligence processes and compliance will be valued.

• Ability to self-regulate will be valued.

• Intermediate English proficiency will be valued.

• Comfort in working with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.

• Commitment to deliverables.
