Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) obtained from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Active bar license in the state of California.

• 1–8 years of robust litigation experience, encompassing case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Capability to independently manage a complete caseload from discovery to trial.

• Previous experience in insurance defense is preferred.

• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
