Attorney – Banking Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Revise legal systems and oversee the information and documentation related to cases.

• Request and ensure adherence to court-mandated obligations.

• Solicit and monitor payment processes.

• Prepare legal documents, which encompass judicial and administrative defenses, appeals, settlement agreements, and other procedural submissions.

• Engage in the selection process, including comprehensive registration, assessment, and technical evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure is highly desirable.

• Strong resilience.

• Proactive approach.

• Adaptability and motivation.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Previous experience as an attorney managing high-volume litigation at a law firm is crucial.

• Must reside in or work within the Southern Region: Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, or Paraná.
