Specialist Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer legal counsel and advisory services across various domains, including civil, labor, and corporate law.

• Serve as a dispute resolution expert, recognizing and implementing alternatives to address issues.

• Provide legal assistance in general practice and debt recovery matters.

• Review and draft legal agreements.

• Represent clients in judicial and administrative matters.

• Reduce risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Advise on significant decisions utilizing technical expertise.

• Create effective and tailored legal solutions.

• Oversee and manage portfolios of judicial and administrative cases in collaboration with clients.

• Assist in the review and formulation of pleadings and legal documents.

• Prepare litigation and contingency reports using the firm’s system.

• Draft and execute intricate legal instruments.

• Evaluate risks, perform legal assessments, and propose legal alternatives.

• Plan and develop legal activities concerning civil, criminal, social security, and corporate legislation.

• Create legal studies and opinions pertaining to various proceedings and the law overall.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in fields such as Business Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law.

• Additional qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are advantageous.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in general legal practice and debt recovery.

• Expertise in Civil, Contract, Business, and Civil Procedural Law, Labor Procedure, and Labor Law.

• Proven experience in managing intricate civil, labor, and administrative proceedings.

• Familiarity with civil and procedural law.

• Strong legal research capabilities.

• Excellent legal writing and pleadings-drafting skills.

• Strong abilities in deadline and case management.

• Negotiation skills coupled with professional ethics.
