This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Provide both onsite and remote consulting services to hospitals and surgical teams.
• Recognize and implement best practices for da Vinci Surgery programs.
• Promote standardization of robotic programs, enhance operational efficiency, facilitate team training, manage costs, and optimize block time utilization.
• Develop expertise in Intuitive technologies, instruments, and accessories, including troubleshooting and proper handling techniques.
• Independently oversee an allocated territory along with its administrative tasks.
• Create and deliver Genesis OR consulting and educational initiatives.
• Lead intricate, multi-layered customer interactions with hospital stakeholders and cross-functional Intuitive teams.
• Identify challenges, barriers to utilization, and strategic opportunities.
• Align stakeholders with priorities and implementation strategies.
• Monitor progress and maintain communication in accordance with shared timelines.
• Offer consulting on workflow standardization, OR efficiency, staff training, cost management, block scheduling, and integration of new systems.
• Collaborate with Genesis, Sales, Services, Marketing, Customer Training, Customer Service, and Technical Support teams.
• Analyze customer usage patterns and performance metrics.
• Provide support for Genesis and Intuitive conferences, congresses, and training events.
• Assist with new product launches, training initiatives, and integration planning.
• Collect and relay customer feedback and concerns through internal channels.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred; equivalent clinical, medical, or healthcare-related experience may also be considered.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in healthcare or hospital management.
• Ideally, experience in a B2B sales role or a leadership position within a hospital setting.
• Proven experience working in or with Operating Room departments.
• Established track record of achieving results through collaborative teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present confidently to diverse audiences and group sizes.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable work schedule, including occasional extended hours as necessary.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate healthcare stakeholder environments.
• Capability to communicate clearly and consistently across various organizational levels.
• Training or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or similar tools.
• Experience in project management and leading complex customer-facing initiatives related to OR efficiency, productivity, or cost containment.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• A minimum commitment of 24 months in the role is expected before eligibility for internal mobility.
