This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing expert advice and support to our clients, particularly savings banks and state banks, regarding specific inquiries related to the use of software solutions in lending operations.

• Implementing banking-related requirements and assisting in the advancement of clients' financing processes.

• Describing use cases and conducting professional tests.

• Creating training materials and reviewing and adjusting product and user documentation.

• Conducting training sessions.

• Supporting clients during updates as part of release transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as a bank clerk or further education as a banking specialist, ideally within the savings bank sector.

• Strong understanding of requirements in lending and real estate financing.

• Comprehension of business and technical issues.

• High IT affinity, for instance, in the administration of lending applications.

• Creativity and enthusiasm for designing new solutions.

• Good understanding of technical matters and the ability to convey them clearly.

• Customer-oriented communication skills both verbally and in writing.

• Professional demeanor.

• Flexibility and willingness to perform.

• Readiness to take on responsibility.

• Team-oriented work style.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
