Consultant, Infrastructure & Capital Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Contribute to challenging infrastructure projects throughout the entire project lifecycle — from strategic planning to successful execution.

• Assist clients in the comprehensive transformation of intricate infrastructure initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for optimization and devise practical solution strategies.

• Generate measurable value through efficiency enhancements, digitalization, and modern project governance.

• Aid in the management and oversight of complex infrastructure programs.

• Help structure, prioritize, and implement essential project requirements.

• Facilitate transparency in intricate contexts.

• Prepare well-founded materials for decision-making.

• Assume early responsibility for delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Assist in establishing effective project frameworks and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Support on-site implementation at the client’s location.

• Help project teams consistently achieve strong results in dynamic settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Economics/Business, (Industrial) Engineering, or a related field.

• Ideally, some hands-on experience from internships or working-student roles in consulting or infrastructure projects.

• Open and communicative personality.

• Confident interaction with clients and project teams.

• Willingness to explore new topics.

• Strong analytical thinking skills.

• Adaptability in a dynamic consulting environment.

• Fluent in German and English, both at a minimum C1 level.
