Consultant – FP&A, EPM Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge and gain expertise in the Board EPM platform.

• Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of EPM solutions.

• Help with solution architecture, project planning, and gathering requirements.

• Collaborate with senior consultants during client projects, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.

• Develop and sustain financial models, planning applications, and reporting solutions.

• Aid in project planning, coordination, and execution tasks.

• Produce training materials, user guides, and process documentation.

• Evaluate business needs and convert them into effective system solutions.

• Work with clients to enhance budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes.

• Engage in continuous learning and certification opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• 2–4 years of experience in financial modeling and business analysis.

• Proficient in Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.

• Familiarity with financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and planning methodologies.

• Understanding of data structures and multidimensional data principles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a consulting team.

• Professionalism and strong communication skills in client-facing situations.

• A curious mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing learning of new technologies and business practices.
