Consultant, Business Analysis – Master Data Information Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, document, and oversee business, functional, and non-functional requirements pertaining to MDM, PIM, DAM, and associated enterprise data platforms.

• Facilitate elicitation sessions and document user stories, process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and business rules.

• Collaborate with technical teams to assess solution alternatives, align requirements with project scope, and assist in delivery decisions.

• Manage functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, encompassing test case review, execution support, and defect management.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to foster alignment, prioritize tasks, and secure stakeholder approval.

• Provide support for multiple MDM applications and strengthen reliable enterprise data capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience is acceptable.

• Experience in supporting MDM applications, including Informatica IDMC, STEP PIM, and Bynder DAM.

• Understanding of business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

• Proven ability to document user stories, process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and business rules.

• Experience in coordinating functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test case review, execution support, and defect management.

• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
