This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Offer consulting assistance to the Built Environment Solutions business unit.
• Create study methodologies, gather and interpret data, and organize facility and infrastructure needs.
• Conduct research and produce both formal and informal reports.
• Enhance continuous process improvement and business process reengineering through process mapping, data gathering, analysis, visualization, and the development of digital solutions.
• Generate reports, technical documents, presentations, and various project deliverables.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate virtual and face-to-face stakeholder engagements.
• Engage with clients and representatives to showcase results, address issues, respond to inquiries, and nurture relationships.
• Aid in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, team organization, prioritization, quality assurance, and invoicing.
• Formulate project work plans and define scopes of work.
• Oversee project timelines and provide oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare fee proposals and manage project budgets and invoicing processes.
• Create technical memoranda, programming documents such as DD1391s, and technical reports including Planning Charrette Reports.
• Implement QA/QC measures for project deliverables.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and project teams.
• Ensure efficient and profitable deployment of staff resources.
• Conduct meetings to align project requirements with staff availability.
• Support proposal development by providing methodology, timelines, and other requested information.
• Collaborate with BES team members, Project Managers, and the Deputy Director of BES.
• Travel to project sites and facility offices as necessary.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, operations research, data science, or a related field.
• At least eight (8) years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with or for the Department of Defense is preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Must successfully pass the Company's MVR screening.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites and other facility offices.
• Skills in project management and project delivery.
• Capability to lead staff, bid on projects, and create project execution plans and technical deliverables.
• Team building, writing, proposal development, cost estimating, and program execution skills are advantageous.
• Ability to function effectively as a project manager within a team setting.
