📋 Description

• Define the project scope while creating, maintaining, and driving project plans to successful completion.

• Oversee and manage the daily operational aspects of various projects.

• Control project scope, assign tasks, and ensure that milestones are met for timely EMR-Link implementations.

• Actively identify project risks, evaluate solutions, and address issues as they arise.

• Keep project documentation updated and communicate the project status to management.

• Conduct strategic and project-oriented meetings.

• Function as the technical expert for EMR and EMR-Link during the implementation phase.

• Mentor and educate the implementation team throughout the execution process.

• Collaborate with implementation teams, laboratories, and radiology departments to enhance documentation, tools, training, and implementation methods.

• Provide integration solutions that enhance clinical workflows, interoperability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• At least 5 years of experience with or implementing Centricity EMR or other EMRs.

• Familiarity with laboratory and/or radiology clinical operations.

• Experience in project management, leading daily operations.

• Demonstrated success in leading Healthcare IT programs.

• Working knowledge of HL7 and interface implementations.

• Strong foundation in computer, network, and internet technologies.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to articulate complex issues clearly and succinctly.

• Proficient in creating customer-facing documentation.

• Ability to work remotely and efficiently from home.

• Experience with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
