📋 Description

• Establish and nurture client relationships while comprehending their needs to provide high-touch service.

• Deliver consistently exceptional service tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

• Effectively manage your workload and adhere to both client and internal deadlines.

• Serve various client industry sectors throughout the broader business.

• Offer innovative and consultative travel solutions.

• Utilize R&M and Navan technology, sharing insights with clients and team members.

• Facilitate reservations for air, rail, car rental, ferry, black car, and charter services.

• Oversee a comprehensive client portfolio, maintaining the highest standards.

• Cultivate meaningful relationships both internally and externally.

• Recognize and implement opportunities to enhance the value of bookings.

• Apply appropriate fare types and ticketing methods while keeping up with current industry trends.

• Identify differences in cross-market and local inventory with the International Fares Desk.

• Source hotel rates through GDS and non-GDS channels, leveraging supplier relationships.

• Monitor bookings for potential savings opportunities throughout the trip completion process.

• Enforce client policies to ensure compliance and improve the traveler experience.

• Provide first-line support for both offline and online bookings using mixed-mode booking tools.

• Deliver cost-effective travel solutions while adhering to client policies.

• Meet service-level agreements across all accounts.

• Engage regularly with overseas colleagues.

• Implement Quality Control procedures that align with company and GREC standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior VIP experience is preferred.

• Skills assessment results will be taken into account.

• Exceptional telephone etiquette and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively utilize available resources to complete tasks within agreed deadlines.

• Proven experience in a core business travel environment.

• Proficient in one or more GDS systems: Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus.

• Familiarity with mixed-mode booking tools and first-line product support for offline and online bookings.

• In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and market products, including various aircraft types and cabins.

• Understanding of Low-Cost Carriers and their available offerings.

• Proficient with various rail, black car, LCC, and OTA booking systems.

• Collaborative team-player attitude in an office setting.

• Experience with MS software packages.

• Strong ability to build exceptional rapport with all clients.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Commitment to attending and completing all relevant training independently.

• Capability to achieve both individual and team-oriented business goals.
