Construction Technology Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the content roadmap for the Construction sector.

• Collaborate with the internal management team to analyze industry trends and challenges.

• Build connections with industry experts and thought leaders to gather insights on the future of construction, including emerging technologies and trends.

• Solicit content contributions from customers, the Customer Success team, and partners.

• Implement the roadmap through the creation of both internal and external content, encompassing e-learning materials and live webinars.

• Comply with the budget allocated by leadership.

• Oversee both internal and external content projects.

• Cultivate relationships with third-party content developers.

• Act as the Pinnacle Series brand ambassador in the construction field.

• Actively engage with industry-specific associations.

• Collaborate with marketing leadership to support trade shows, blog posts, associations, and webinars.

• Work alongside sales leadership to help develop a sales process.

• Travel as necessary.

• Occasionally perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, and squatting.

• Allocate approximately 10% of your time walking, 85% sitting, and 5% standing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a 4-year degree in a relevant field.

• Over 3 years of experience in the construction industry.

• In-depth knowledge of construction technologies.

• Experience in project management.

• A strong enthusiasm for technology and the advancement of the industry.

• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams both directly and indirectly.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong writing and presentation capabilities.

• Familiarity with LMS or educational technology is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be capable of lifting 25 pounds.

• Average hearing and visual acuity.

• Proficient in using a phone and computer.
