This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +2 more countries.
• Review, process, and make decisions on incoming applications for assigned requisitions.
• Ensure candidate records are maintained accurately and kept up to date in the applicant tracking system.
• Assess and progress candidates referred by the talent sourcer.
• Monitor requisitions and provide reports on pipeline status, time-to-fill, and screen-to-interview conversion rates.
• Conduct independent phone interviews based on role-specific criteria.
• Utilize a consistent set of questions for all candidates.
• Accurately document the results of each screening.
• Determine advancement or declination based on established criteria.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide written summaries of screenings, comparisons of candidates, and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Respond to inquiries from hiring managers regarding candidate information, pipeline updates, or necessary documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Deliver status updates, interview logistics, and timely decisions.
• Prepare and issue authorized offer letters using templates approved by the company.
• Coordinate pre-employment procedures and transition accepted candidates to the onboarding team.
• Ensure that offer documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Apply US employment laws and EEO-compliant practices in all candidate interactions.
• Bring any compliance concerns or ambiguous requests to the attention of the Recruitment Manager.
• Maintain a recruitment process that is consistently applied, reviewable, and thoroughly documented.
• Manage 2 to 4 open requisitions simultaneously.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and applicant management.
• Proven knowledge of US hiring laws and EEO-compliant interviewing practices is essential.
• Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Comfortable conducting phone interviews with candidates located in the US.
• Practical experience using an applicant tracking system.
• Strong attention to detail with disciplined data entry practices.
• Must be available to work consistently during Arizona business hours (MST).
• Access to reliable high-speed internet.
• A dedicated and quiet workspace.
• Quality headset for clear communication.
• Backup plan for internet or power outages.
• Strong organizational abilities, proactive follow-through, and a consistent habit of documenting decisions as they occur.
• Previous recruiting experience supporting US-based employers is highly preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting from application intake to offer acceptance.
• Background in recruiting for construction, skilled trades, or specialty contracting roles.
• Experience in recruiting for office, administrative, and professional positions in either a corporate or agency setting.
