This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of project control tools, encompassing project schedules and budgets.
• Recognize and help resolve potential issues while managing tasks to facilitate site development activities.
• Conduct research and assess market conditions, site limitations, and feasibility inputs.
• Identify project constraints and aid in the implementation of mitigation strategies.
• Analyze requirements for feasible sites and contribute to scheduling recommendations.
• Prepare site documentation for internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Decompose projects into manageable tasks and assist with scheduling and workflows.
• Organize meetings and maintain precise records and decisions through meeting notes.
• Support quality assurance to ensure that deliverables align with Terawatt’s standards.
• Engage in expense management and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with teams including Development, Business Development, Product, Energy & Utilities, Technology, Site Operations, and Finance.
• Travel as required, expected to be less than 30%, to project sites for consultations, progress updates, and issue resolutions.
• Advocate for transport electrification and Terawatt’s EV charging infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Over 2 years of experience in construction, project management, or site development.
• Fundamental understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheets and Google Workspace.
• Experience using Procore for construction project management.
• Exposure to permitting, utility interconnection, or site development processes.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, civil, or construction systems.
• Interest in or experience with EV, energy storage, or renewable energy infrastructure.
