Construction Program Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and evaluate project timelines utilizing Primavera P6 for a range of global data center initiatives.

• Offer insights and suggest solutions based on thorough analysis.

• Examine extensive datasets for a significant technology client.

• Deliver analysis results in a clear and succinct manner.

• Collaborate across various organizational levels and boundaries to ensure timely schedule execution and delivery.

• Address issues and maintain consistency across cost control, planning/scheduling, and estimating functions and deliverables.

• Design and implement earned value management (EVM) processes and systems.

• Oversee baselines, progress measurement, schedule quality analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, and contingency management using Primavera P6.

• Discover process enhancements through software tools and automation.

• Assist in the development, deployment, management, reporting, improvement, and modification of a cost- and resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive program scheduling experience in relation to construction projects.

• Proficient in analyzing large datasets connected to capital construction programs.

• Experience in ensuring that assigned work is completed and resources are effectively utilized per an agreed program of work.

• Strong ability to generate comprehensive and precise schedule reports using data from BP systems and contractor-supplied information.

• Advanced technical skills in Primavera P6, MS Project, programming, dashboards, and Excel.

• Proficiency in Excel is essential.

• Capability to be a self-starter with exceptional time management abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholder teams.
