This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +16 more states.
• Spearhead strategic outreach efforts to contractors, subcontractors, owners, architects, and public agencies to gather confidential commercial construction project insights.
• Articulate the value of Dodge and the advantages of sharing project information.
• Assist in demonstrating Dodge's tools and data capabilities.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Identify and grow project sources within the designated territory.
• Oversee a pipeline of ongoing projects while acquiring new ones.
• Implement managerial feedback on coverage gaps, potential leads, and inaccuracies.
• Examine construction documents, client communications, and project details for relevance, precision, and business significance.
• Input, classify, update, and manage project data in Dodge systems.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies utilizing various sources and documentation verification processes.
• Determine root causes of data quality challenges and drive enhancements.
• Provide insights on source behavior, project trends, and workflow obstacles.
• Meet established performance targets in a metrics-oriented setting.
• Address customer inquiries and collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success teams.
• Help refine outreach strategies, data collection techniques, and team practices.
• Applicants must reside in one of the following states: Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, or Kansas.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles related to outreach, research, customer engagement, or data operations.
• At least 3 years of experience within the commercial construction sector.
• Strong comprehension of the construction ecosystem, including contractors, owners, architects, subcontractors, and the project lifecycle.
• Proficient in data analysis, pattern recognition, issue diagnosis, and solution recommendations.
• Capability to analyze source funnel and conversion rates and effectively present findings to leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in influencing participation, gathering nuanced information, and tailoring communication.
• Ability to convey the value proposition of sharing project data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Capacity to learn and utilize Dodge tools and systems.
• Ability to guide sources through product demonstrations, including screen-sharing.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred: Familiarity with construction project data, plan rooms, or bid management platforms.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the assigned local or regional market.
• Preferred: Understanding of commercial construction project phases, bidding processes, and industry terminology.
• Preferred: Experience in a performance-driven environment.
