This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Develop and modify educational content tailored for various audiences and eLearning formats.
• Design computer-based training modules utilizing Articulate 360, chiefly Storyline 360, which includes interactive simulations.
• Include accessibility features such as closed captions, alternative text, and appropriate screen reader focus order.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to collect relevant information for modules.
• Implement ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy instructional design frameworks.
• Draft voiceover scripts that simplify intricate technical information for easier understanding.
• Create visually appealing presentation and slide designs, infographics, templates, and additional training resources, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines.
• Develop learner-focused knowledge assessments and activities.
• Conduct peer reviews to test scripts, text, audio, design, functionality, and overall usability.
• Present eLearning modules to teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather feedback and guidance.
• Revise and maintain existing modules.
• Assess training effectiveness and propose enhancements.
• Upload, manage, and monitor courses within Learning Management Systems.
• Document eLearning processes, procedures, checklists, and guides.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work and have resided in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
• Required to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and successfully pass a government Public Trust.
• A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or a Master’s degree with at least two (2) years of experience.
• Four (4) years of specialized experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Articulate authoring tools, particularly Storyline 360.
• Experience in creating materials compliant with Section 508.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and best practices in ADDIE.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of clearly and concisely explaining complex concepts.
• Self-driven and innovative in design thinking.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
• Highly organized with the capacity to switch between tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience in Agile, federal consulting, healthcare, or government contracting settings is advantageous.
• Prior experience with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services or other government agencies is a plus.
