This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Dedicate ample time to field campaigning and participating in conferences to boost sales through the strategic promotion of 503A preparations.
• Identify and target prospective prescribers, physicians, clinics, and healthcare facilities to enhance the network of 503A compounding pharmacies.
• Pursue new business opportunities and partnership prospects within the healthcare sector through existing connections and market analysis.
• Create and execute strategic plans aimed at organically expanding and diversifying the provider network.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current network providers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Plan and implement Territory Business Plans through in-person visits, meetings, and presentations.
• Articulate the value propositions of 503A compounding pharmacies while addressing providers' concerns.
• Collect provider feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Engage in conference participation.
• Assemble and share educational materials for prescribers.
• Coordinate provider training sessions with Clinical Liaisons or ConsultRx.
• Advise providers on compounding pharmacy regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
• Implement strategies to enhance revenue, market share, and achievement of financial objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and financial indicators, adjusting tactics as necessary.
• Analyze provider performance, network expansion, market trends, competitor actions, and industry developments.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership that include insights and recommendations.
• Develop and carry out Territory Business Plans.
• Must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in compounding or the industry.
• Demonstrated experience in provider relations, business development, or sales is essential.
• Experience in compounding pharmacy sales is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in organizing and executing Territory Business Plans, conferences, and promotional events.
• Knowledge of compounding pharmacy regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards is advantageous.
• Capability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, achieving goals, and identifying new opportunities.
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Competence in using a computer keyboard, fax machine, and communicating via telephone.
• Ability to drive or remain seated for extended durations.
