This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain excellent relationships with client facility representatives for the purpose of healthcare professional credentialing and compliance.

• Execute final compliance audits for new hires, renewals, extensions, and ongoing credential maintenance.

• Aim for a 99.9% compliance rate in document management.

• Act as the primary contact for facility clients regarding compliance issues.

• Establish, document, and regularly update facility requirements, while communicating modifications to Recruitment and Compliance Operations.

• Offer recommendations and potential solutions for everyday challenges and concerns.

• Develop, influence, and implement action plans to guarantee compliance for facility accounts.

• Create, analyze, and oversee both internal and external compliance reports.

• Engage in internal and external audits.

• Complete profile sheets and hospital-specific documentation.

• Report any unavoidable delays or cancellations and communicate corrective action plans to Compliance leadership and Account Management.

• Anticipate client needs and suggest alternatives that align with Cross Country Standards guidelines.

• Take part in projects aimed at enhancing system automation.

• Execute other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role, office environment, and/or service industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with office systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word.

• Previous experience in recruitment, account services, sales, quality improvement, or credentialing is preferred.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Imaging Systems, and production database systems.

• Exceptional phone communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A college education or any equivalent combination of education and experience that enables successful performance of essential job functions is preferred.
