This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main compensation expert for TA, Finance, PBPs, HROps, and TAOps during the first six to nine months.
• Manage offers, pricing requests, and specific business requirements directly.
• Perform data audits and ensure system integrity.
• Oversee the compensation experience and self-service infrastructure for internal partner teams.
• Take charge of the tooling roadmap.
• Collaborate with People Technology and People Insights and Analytics to create compensation tools.
• Develop resources such as offer calculators, pricing tools, and HRBP materials.
• Evaluate success by measuring partner self-support and diminishing reliance on compensation consultations.
• Handle intake and prioritization for cross-functional or unassigned requests.
• Direct requests, provide updates to partners, and analyze request patterns to uncover systematization opportunities.
• Report to the Senior Director of Total Rewards.
• 5–7 years of experience in compensation, including substantial business-facing or partner-facing roles at a high-growth or public technology firm.
• Proven product mindset demonstrated through examples of identifying, developing, and assessing tools or workflows that transformed work processes.
• Extensive compensation knowledge, encompassing offers, benchmarking, and off-cycle requests.
• Active user of AI tools with experience in developing or enhancing workflows.
• Background in data audits and compensation analysis.
• Strong financial skills, including model development, budget data analysis, and collaboration with Finance.
• Proficient in advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Workday, including the configuration of approval workflows.
• Formal product management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
