Compensation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the compensation function across various organizations or multiple compensation areas.

• Create, implement, communicate, and promote base pay, incentive pay, and equity compensation initiatives.

• Provide consultation to HR clients and business partners regarding compensation-related decisions and challenges.

• Assess, enhance, and refine compensation programs and opportunities utilizing advanced analytical capabilities.

• Formulate recommendations for business partners and leadership to gain approval and execute programs and process improvements.

• Supervise and guide Analyst or Sr. Analyst team members through direct or indirect reporting structures.

• Collaborate with HR and operational business partners on ad hoc requests and organization-specific compensation requirements.

• Oversee, strategize, monitor, and review the work activities of team members.

• Provide suggestions regarding recruitment, termination, performance evaluations, and professional growth.

• Travel overnight 5% to 20% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field of study.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

• Proficient in Advanced Analytical & Problem Solving Skills (both technical and business-related).

• Exceptional Project & Process Leadership Skills.

• Effective Cross-Functional Business Partnering Skills.

• Skills in People Management, Coaching, and/or Team Member Development.

• Strong Business Acumen.

• Advanced Communication Skills (both written and verbal).
