This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and continually enhance a scalable compensation function, encompassing policies, governance, controls, and decision-making guidelines.
• Manage salary and hourly wage structures, geographic differentials, market pricing, job evaluations, and promotional increases across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.
• Offer compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and newly established positions.
• Create and assess hourly and variable-pay programs, including productivity incentives, skill-based pay, premium pay, shift differentials, cross-training programs, and sales compensation.
• Oversee annual merit, wage, incentive, and compensation-planning cycles, which include budgeting, modeling, reporting, and executive recommendations.
• Act as the compensation business lead for Oracle HCM and related technology initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate compensation processes.
• Conduct compensation and pay-equity audits, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
• Counsel leaders on inequities, inconsistencies, pay compression, and other compensation risks.
• Execute assigned tasks in accordance with Business Management System procedures and applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements.
• Carry out other related duties as necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in compensation.
• Familiarity with broad-based, hourly, variable-pay, and sales compensation programs.
• Experience in building or enhancing a compensation function.
• Background in supporting a geographically diverse hourly workforce within manufacturing or a similar multi-site organization.
• Strong understanding of salary structures, market pricing, job evaluation, annual compensation planning, pay equity, pay transparency, and wage-and-hour compliance.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with compensation systems, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM, ADP Workforce Now, Payfactors, ERI, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred.
• Ability to advise and influence business leaders while managing sensitive compensation issues with sound judgment and discretion.
• Valid state driver’s license with the ability to travel.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
