Compensation Advisor II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance and support to HR Partners and managers regarding compensation-related issues

• Assist in the development and implementation of employee compensation frameworks through market survey evaluations and proactive pay equity assessments

• Work collaboratively with the wider HR team

• Conduct research and analysis of reward data and industry trends

• Ensure that compensation programs and reward packages are competitive and aligned with the goals and needs of the organization

• Aid HR Partners and business leaders during pay review periods

• Keep track of competitive market trends and review compensation regulations

• Evaluate the organization’s positioning

• Respond to reward inquiries via myHR case management

• Participate in the design of incentive programs, HR frameworks, stakeholder engagement activities, HR data management, and job evaluation processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in EST or CST

• Proficient in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and rewards programs

• Experience with job evaluation, job architecture, competitive compensation analysis, pay-for-performance strategies, and pay equity analytics

• Familiarity with compensation analysis, salary administration, and market benchmarking methods

• Ability to understand and apply HR policies and procedures

• Experience in supporting annual pay review and incentive program initiatives

• Strong analytical abilities for processing and interpreting complex HR and compensation information

• Excellent advisory and counseling skills regarding reward issues

• Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building capabilities

• Commitment to ongoing learning and knowledge of relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices
