This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver sales support and enhance market penetration for all business lines within the designated territory.
• Showcase products while educating and assisting potential members.
• Organize community outreach initiatives targeting individuals.
• Participate in community events, health fairs, HEDIS projects, Member Advisory Groups, and other specified locations.
• Establish and nurture relationships with community contacts and organizations.
• Aid members in accessing healthcare, transportation, and additional services.
• Investigate and track competitive products and marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports detailing territory operations, product acceptance or refusal, and competitive conditions.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with community organizations, DSS offices, local health departments, the Enrollment Broker, educational systems, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with member education, outreach, enrollment, retention, Medicaid recertification, and HR1-related renewal efforts.
• Organize and engage in NC Medicaid contract-mandated education and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medicare, Ambetter, providers, agencies, schools, and community groups.
• Promote community engagement strategies and sponsorship programs.
• Oversee budgets, event documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Candidates must be residents of North Carolina, specifically within Lumberton County or neighboring counties.
• A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or community relations or outreach, ideally in a managed care or Medicaid context.
• Valid State Driver’s License is necessary.
• Capability to lift boxes containing marketing materials for events.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Familiarity with marketing activity guidelines established by regulatory authorities.
