This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Take charge of a specified geographic territory and cultivate a sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying clients in the public sector and institutions.
• Connect with decision-makers through face-to-face meetings, outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach efforts.
• Conduct demonstrations and deliver sales presentations for emergency response and safety solutions, both physical and SaaS-based.
• Acquire product and technical knowledge to offer guidance to prospects and clients.
• Utilize Salesforce, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to manage activities, document interactions, oversee pipeline stages, and monitor performance.
• Travel approximately 30% within the assigned territory for relationship-building, on-site visits, demonstrations, and in-person deal closures.
• Address objections, identify solutions, and enhance sales-cycle efficiency through feedback and learning.
• Establish trust and long-lasting partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to Avive's mission of enhancing cardiac arrest response through life-saving products and services.
• Several years of proven success in outside sales, particularly in selling emergency response, safety, medical equipment, or related products and services to public-sector clients.
• Extensive experience in owning and managing a geographic territory, building a high-performing sales pipeline, engaging with decision-makers, and fostering strategic relationships.
• Proficient in delivering in-person product demonstrations and sales presentations for both SaaS and physical product solutions.
• Ability to rapidly develop in-depth technical expertise and master innovative products and solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
• A proactive, solution-oriented, positive, patient, and collaborative mindset.
• Candidates must be residents of New Jersey.
• Experience in public safety or as a first responder is advantageous, including roles in law enforcement, EMS, fire service, or 911 telecommunications.
