This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee a sales pipeline.
• Identify, assess, and cultivate target accounts based on buyer readiness, market trends, policy shifts, funding opportunities, and organizational needs.
• Generate a portion of your own pipeline through strategic outbound efforts, relationship building, industry events, and market-focused account development.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions to comprehend buyer priorities, workflows, decision-making criteria, and urgency.
• Provide customized product demonstrations that align Pear Suite with buyers’ operational, financial, and care-delivery objectives.
• Assess opportunities and create momentum throughout multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Manage the commercial process from solution definition and proposal creation through negotiation and contract finalization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on product, technical, security, procurement, and contract requirements.
• Transition closed accounts to the implementation and customer success teams.
• Relay customer feedback, market insights, and product gaps to company leadership.
• Assist in developing territory plans, outbound playbooks, messaging, and sales materials.
• Represent Pear Suite at industry events and engage in deal evaluations and the sharing of best practices.
• Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with quota responsibilities in the healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle and navigate multi-stakeholder transactions.
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for research, outreach, deal preparation, and writing.
• Background with community-based organizations, health systems, health plans, FQHCs, public health agencies, government-funded programs, or tribal health organizations.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of healthcare policy and the landscape.
• Experience in selling workflow software, case management systems, or similar operational tools.
• Genuine passion for community health and health equity.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
• Results-oriented while maintaining a community-first mindset.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
