This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Build and strengthen connections between BrightQuest Treatment Center and the surrounding community.
• Establish and nurture relationships with hospitals, primary care physicians, social service agencies, and mental health providers.
• Generate ideas and implement potential community partnerships and engagement strategies.
• Organize and maintain a calendar for outreach initiatives.
• Work alongside community partners to plan and carry out outreach events.
• Participate in community gatherings, conferences, and workshops to enhance visibility and network with referral sources.
• Deliver presentations and workshops focusing on mental health and services provided by the treatment center.
• Collaborate with local organizations to identify and address mental health needs within the community.
• Keep the referent database in Salesforce updated, ensuring current contact information and daily activity logging.
• Track activity levels for weekly meetings, facility tours, referrals, and admissions.
• Partner with Admissions to gather necessary treatment records for incoming clients.
• Provide treatment records with the appropriate authorization and transmit them to continuing-care providers, referents, and feedback professionals.
• Prepare and distribute treatment records in accordance with HIPAA Privacy Law regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical and Professional Relations teams throughout the client's treatment to identify aftercare resources, integrate referent preferences, and address discharge requirements.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and host breakfasts, lunches, dinners, networking events, and site visits.
• Engage consistently in industry networking events and virtual meetings.
• Maintain existing referent relationships and cultivate new business referent connections.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, psychology, social services, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a business development, marketing, or admissions role within the behavioral health or closely related field.
• Must maintain specific, required, current, and active licensure, registration, or certification in good standing.
• Proficient in records keeping, documentation, and filing processes.
• Solid understanding of mental illness, co-occurring disorders, milieu therapy, mental health, and care levels based on individual needs.
• Familiarity with private pay and Out-of-Network providers, along with the criteria for each level of care.
• Ability to effectively relate to individuals both inside and outside the organization, using diplomacy and tact to manage high-tension situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with dynamic presentation abilities.
• Competent computer skills and proficiency in using various software applications.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing and auto insurance.
• Completion of a thorough background check, including criminal record clearance.
• Successful completion of MVR screening and drug screening.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends, adjusting the schedule as necessary.
