Community Nurse – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Deliver specialized clinical services throughout the Wellington region

• Provide exceptional clinical care and assistance to individuals in their homes and within the community

• Perform comprehensive assessments

• Facilitate case management and patient education

• Promote favorable health outcomes for clients

• Establish and nurture relationships with GP practices, healthcare providers, and referral partners

• Independently manage a personal caseload

• Offer ACC-related nursing services, including wound care, burn care, and long-term injury support

⛳️ Requirements

• Appropriately qualified and experienced Registered Nurse Contractor

• Registered in New Zealand with a current practicing certificate

• Required experience in wound and/or burn care

• Prior experience in catheter and continence management is essential

• Valid driver's license

• Access to a dependable vehicle

• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand

• Dedicated to delivering top-tier service to clients

• Clinically confident nurse with extensive experience in wound care

• Background in district or community nursing is highly desirable
