📋 Description

• Oversee discussions on relevant subreddits related to Study.com and its offerings.

• Engage in Reddit conversations by providing genuinely helpful and informative responses that naturally showcase the value of Study.com when applicable.

• Establish a credible and trusted presence across pertinent subreddits through consistent, long-term involvement.

• Recognize trending topics, pain points, and inquiries in the realm of online education to pinpoint engagement opportunities.

• Monitor mentions of the Study.com brand on Reddit and address questions, reviews, and comments promptly and authentically.

• Report negative sentiments, misinformation, or mentions of competitors for team follow-up.

• Submit daily activity reports that include links to all posts, comments, and interactions completed during each shift.

• Deliver weekly performance summaries that emphasize successes, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience engaging on Reddit, with a Reddit account that is at least 2 years old and shows a solid history, OR a minimum of 2 years of community engagement experience on other platforms.

• Extensive knowledge of Reddit's ecosystem, including subreddit cultures, community norms, posting etiquette, and moderation practices.

• Excellent writing abilities with a natural, conversational style.

• Capacity to create responses that prioritize helpfulness and information first, with promotion as a secondary focus.

• Insight into how engagement on community platforms enhances brand visibility and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

• Self-driven and capable of sustaining consistent long-term engagement without direct oversight.
