This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the development of Pear Suite's Community Health Worker (CHW) network throughout the customer lifecycle, encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
• Formulate and implement acquisition strategies utilizing organic methods, referrals, partnerships, influencer outreach, and paid channels.
• Expand strategic segments such as Community Health Workers (CHWs), community-based organizations (CBOs), payers, and healthcare institutions.
• Oversee CHW sourcing efforts and enhance acquisition performance through insights derived from data analysis.
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitor actions, and community health behaviors to refine acquisition strategies.
• Design and enhance activation, educational, and retention strategies throughout the CHW journey in collaboration with Marketing Communications.
• Manage HubSpot CRM lifecycle campaigns aimed at onboarding, activating, educating, and re-engaging CHW customers.
• Create community initiatives utilizing webinars, newsletters, events, and educational campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Communications team on social media strategies that bolster community growth and engagement.
• Co-develop CHW-centric campaigns focusing on acquisition, education, and activation through community storytelling.
• Align community initiatives, CRM lifecycle campaigns, and social media content to enhance engagement and drive business impact.
• Work together with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to channel community feedback into product enhancements and new features.
• Generate community insights, reports, and recommendations to inform business decisions.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, CRM, or growth marketing.
• Experience in building communities within music, entertainment, hospitality, or for national consumer brands like Starbucks is advantageous.
• Strong comprehension of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and community engagement techniques.
• Practical experience with HubSpot, including CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and reporting.
• A data-driven mindset with the capability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent oral presentation and communication skills.
• Highly adaptable, self-driven, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• A passion for community health, impact, artificial intelligence, and digital marketing.
• An aspiration to cultivate cultures, movements, and brands that inspire passion.
• A bachelor's degree in related fields is required.
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Claude, Adobe, and Canva.
• Knowledge of community health or social determinants of health (SDOH) landscape.
• An MBA or a degree in Business, Advertising, or Marketing is preferred.
