Community Manager – SolarBalls, RMR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Work alongside the Community Manager to conceptualize and produce titles, announcements, and promotional materials for SolarBalls and RMR.

• Develop and sustain a content calendar that highlights significant dates, holidays, and pertinent community moments.

• Organize events and competitions.

• Ideate and assist in the creation of daily Quirk-A-Thons and other community engagements for RMR.

• Aid in the identification and removal of leaks, ensuring unauthorized content is promptly recognized and addressed.

• Assist in the implementation and coordination of community initiatives and ongoing content-related tasks.

• Observe and address operational community requirements, escalating issues as necessary.

• Provide temporary coverage for the Community Manager during vacations or other absences.

• Assist with the localization of RMR and SolarBalls Shorts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in community management, social media, content operations, or a related field, preferably in entertainment, gaming, YouTube, or digital media.

• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to consistently manage recurring tasks while adhering to deadlines.

• Proficient in utilizing content platforms and managing repetitive operational processes, including uploading, adapting, and organizing content.

• Creative and forward-thinking, with the ability to generate ideas for community activities, announcements, titles, and promotional content.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Ability to tailor content for diverse audiences and platforms.

• Comfortable working autonomously while closely collaborating with another Community Manager.

• Quick at learning new tools, workflows, and platform-specific procedures.
