This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations for OCHIN Central and the Member Engagement Platform.

• Establish communities, manage content intake, publish updates for members, track issues, and conduct routine platform maintenance.

• Create, edit, and publish platform pages, posts, announcements, and instructional materials.

• Sustain moderated discussion areas, participation norms, membership processes, and escalation procedures.

• Uphold governance and quality processes, which include content standards, editorial guidelines, review cycles, documentation, templates, taxonomy, and communication practices.

• Supervise initiatives, timelines, requests, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with OCHIN Central, Member Engagement, Marketing and Communications, content editors, subject matter experts, and governance groups.

• Evaluate engagement data, content effectiveness, platform activity, community needs, and recurring issues.

• Assist in reporting, continuous improvement, member self-service, and future platform enhancements.

• Cultivate relationships with subject matter experts and internal teams.

• Travel nationally for Go-Live installations or training as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating multiple workstreams, requests, timelines, and stakeholders.

• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft, edit, and convert information into clear, accurate, member-focused content.

• Capability to convey technical software solution information as clear value for various member groups.

• Demonstrated ability in supporting community management, content coordination, knowledge sharing, or digital engagement activities.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint or similar content platforms, collaboration tools, and basic reporting or tracking systems.

• Skilled in gathering, organizing, analyzing, and summarizing platform, engagement, and operational data.

• Ability to implement established standards, workflows, and governance processes.

• Proficient in English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment.

• Access to high-speed internet service.

• Ability to function in a distraction-free workplace.

• COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption is required before hire.

• Willingness to travel nationally, potentially by air, vehicle, or train.
