Community Moderator – All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate daily activities within the private Facebook group.

• Engage with posts and comments, ensuring moderation aligns with established guidelines.

• Offer informed responses to inquiries regarding the use of UV Gel Nail Strips and Soft Gel Press-On Nails.

• Forward service-related issues and complaints to the Customer Service team.

• Develop a weekly content prompt that aligns with the editorial calendar.

• Greet new members and familiarize them with the group’s rules and traditions.

• Collaborate closely with Dominique on subject-matter topics and occasionally coordinate with Customer Service.

• Participate as a member of the CRM team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an admin or moderator of an active Facebook group, or active engagement within such a community.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Ideally, experience in customer service or handling complaints.

• Ideally, experience in content creation.

• Ideally, availability during evenings and weekends.
