This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of enhancing the Rosie Community experience, which includes onboarding, communication cadence, and various touchpoints.
• Maintain and refresh the messaging related to the community's value proposition across onboarding processes, communications, and engagement materials.
• Ensure a cohesive community voice and consistent experience across all interaction points.
• Develop and manage the daily tiered engagement program, making recommendations for tier or messaging modifications.
• Oversee the accuracy of community segmentation and implement suggested updates.
• Create and execute nurture-stage communications while tracking talent progression through various journey stages.
• Design and initiate re-engagement campaigns for inactive or low-engagement talent, while reporting on improvements in engagement signals.
• Manage the community platform on a daily basis and lead the transition from outdated tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing on content aligned with demand, overseeing the content calendar and communication cadence.
• Manage the support framework, triage unresolved cases, identify recurring issues, and address ongoing gaps.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of the course/cohort calendar, including logistics, communications, enrollment, and operational management.
• Direct the cohort model, focusing on milestones, enrollment, delivery logistics, and outcome and placement metrics.
• Manage credentialing and signaling processes, issue credentials, and maintain signals linked to segmentation.
• Handle logistics and administrative follow-ups for approved learning partnerships.
• Ensure course content and positioning align with current client demand.
• Advocate for Community needs and intelligence requirements in roadmap discussions with Product teams.
• Monitor portal data quality, workflow issues, and engagement gaps.
• Support Product evaluations of tools, integrations, learning resources, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Validate data requirements and ensure intelligence outputs are actionable and understood.
• Transform data analysis into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Share intelligence outputs and operational context with Client Experience and Business Development teams.
• Track engagement dashboards and suggest experience adjustments based on identified trends.
• Highlight supply gaps and engagement trends to appropriate stakeholders.
• Monitor quarterly goals across four pillars, identifying blockers and trade-offs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with teams to implement them.
• Align communication strategies with talent segmentation, priority roles, and supply gaps.
• A strong passion for community-building and creating human-centric experiences.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in positions such as Community Manager, Community Programs Manager, or Community Marketing Manager.
• At least 2 years of experience in cohort-based program management, learning operations, or course/bootcamp delivery, handling enrollment processes, milestones, and learning calendars from start to finish.
• Experience in managing community moderator programs.
• Familiarity with community and Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Discourse and Moodle.
• Proven experience in leading platform migrations, tool transitions, or other significant change management initiatives within a community or member base.
• Comfort in representing member/user needs to a Product team and translating feedback into actionable insights.
• Ability to take finished data analyses from a data partner and craft clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft community member-facing content, stakeholder updates, and internal documentation that is brand-aligned and authentic.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• High emotional intelligence and a proven history of building trust and relationships.
• Capability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while ensuring a consistent, thoughtful, and on-brand experience.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Alignment with the company's core values.
• Practical experience with agentic workflows or AI-driven community tools is a plus.
• Experience managing or coordinating the work of part-time or contract team members is an added advantage.
