Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively manage and moderate local Telegram groups.

• Encourage community interaction by starting discussions, addressing inquiries, and delivering updates on the company, events, and products.

• Create and distribute content related to poker, cryptocurrency, iGaming, blockchain gaming, and company initiatives.

• Serve as the primary contact for community members on Telegram, assisting them with questions and concerns.

• Formulate and execute strategies to expand the community and enhance user engagement.

• Monitor and assess community growth, engagement levels, and sentiment, providing regular insights.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development departments.

• Organize and promote AMAs, giveaways, and contests.

• Keep abreast of trends in poker, cryptocurrency, blockchain, iGaming, and gaming.

• Generate innovative ideas to engage the poker community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong understanding of poker is crucial.

• Native or fluent in the language of the community you will oversee, such as Korean, Japanese, French, or Italian.

• A solid grasp of the local poker community and player culture.

• Experience in managing Telegram, Discord, poker groups, social communities, or similar online platforms.

• Comfortable engaging directly with players and initiating conversations.

• Exceptional written communication skills with a friendly, community-oriented tone.

• Familiarity with online poker/iGaming is highly preferred.

• Existing relationships within the local poker ecosystem would be a significant advantage.
