This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Provide exceptional community education support for designated Senior Life Solution programs.
• Establish strategic referral sources and present educational materials.
• Build partnerships with host hospitals, community organizations, government agencies, and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate events, forums, and outreach initiatives.
• Evaluate and track community education objectives.
• Create and sustain a network of referral sources.
• Deliver public presentations and advocacy messaging effectively.
• Nurture relationships with host hospitals and program team members.
• Collaborate with the corporate Community Education team on educational projects.
• Recognize community and referral-source needs, providing necessary resources to program teams.
• Gain expertise and remain updated in senior health matters.
• Oversee referral development performance and analyze data to enhance results.
• Educate teams on Referral Process Guidelines, hospital integration, and the Collaborative Model.
• Implement, track, and oversee community education initiatives.
• Engage in strategic planning and quality enhancement efforts.
• Create ideas and plans for community outreach curriculum.
• Offer health-related education to communities and community groups.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in healthcare and mental health is preferred.
• Proven track record in community outreach, education, marketing, or business development.
• Excellent public speaking, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations.
• Capability to travel by car.
• Ability to engage in intermittent physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching.
• Proficient in communication skills; possess close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
